Friday, April 17, 2009 we will be meeting at Colonial Lanes at 9:00p for karaoke.  We’ll be meeting in the lobby of the Holiday Inn Select at 8:30p for anyone staying in the hotels who flew in and doesn’t have a vehicle (or you just need someone to follow).

The wedding will be on Saturday, April 18, 2009 at 6:00p at the Holiday Inn Select in Orlando FL.  The ceremony will be in their ballroom with a dinner reception and dancing to follow.

Since we are expecting so many of you from elsewhere, we have reserved rooms at both the Holiday Inn Select and the Hampton Inn for your convenience.  The hotels are located one mile from the Orlando International Airport and provides a complimentary shuttle service (call for additional details).  For those looking to spend some additional time with your families, most of the attractions are located within a convenient fifteen miles.

I have two rooms already paid for at the Renaissance Orlando Airport Hotel which is adjacent to the Holiday Inn where the ceremony will be held.  Some family had reserved a room and are unable to attend.  The rooms are reserved for Friday and Saturday night and ($190) for the pair.  Email me at jamesford@cox.net and I can give you more details.

You will arrive at Orlando International Airport on Level 3.  Proceed to Level 2 for luggage claim.  Contact the Holiday Inn Select (407.851.6400, there are courtesy phones available by luggage claim) and the operator will tell you were to stand on Level 1 for the shuttle to find you.

Directions From Interstate 95:
Take Exit 28 to the Beachline Expressway (State Road 528) and go west.  Take State Road 436 (Semoran Boulevard) north to Orlando.  Turn right at the first light onto TG Lee Boulevard.  The hotel is the first entrance on the right.
